By using Klienku, you agree to the following terms.

The service

Klienku helps insurance agents manage clients, activities, pipelines, schedules and meeting notes. Klienku is currently in a pilot phase and features may change.

Your responsibilities

• Enter client data only when you have a lawful basis, and record meetings only with the client's consent.
• Keep access to your account confidential.
• Don't use Klienku for spam, fraud or anything unlawful.

AI and estimates

Summaries, message drafts, upsell suggestions and commission estimates are made with the help of AI and adjustable assumptions. They are an aid, not financial advice or an official decision of an insurance company. The agent remains responsible for checking them before use.

Data

Your data belongs to you. How we process it is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Limitations

The service is provided as is during the pilot. We work to keep it available and secure, but don't guarantee it will be free of interruptions.
